BILL PAYMENT OPTIONS
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
With EFT your payment is deducted electronically each month from your checking or savings account and you can experience the convenience of paying your utility bill every month on time. Ask DPU to deduct funds electronically from your bank account and you'll never miss a payment.
Online Services
With DPU's Online payment Services, you have an online tool at your fingertips to help you manage your accounts and pay your utility bills online. Using the temporary password printed in the top portion of the front of your utility bill and your account number you can register to make online payments. You'll then have access to all your account information.

When you use DPU's online payment option you have the freedom of paying your bill from the comfort of your home. You may use a debit card, credit card, or an electronic check to pay your utiility bill online .
Pay in Person
Come inside our Payment Center facing Cuttino St. or use our drive thru located behind our main office on Russell Street. For your added convenience use our 24hr night depository lane or use our depository box located in the foyer
of our Russell St. entrance.

Budget Billing
The DPU Budget Billing Program takes the guesswork out of your utility bill. Many things can cause your utility bill to fluctuate over the course of a year, such as weather, gas leak, or water leak.

If you prefer to speak to a representative in person, please stop by our Customer Service payment center at 1016 Russell St. between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
